Sparkling Cocktail

½ oz HETTA
¼ oz Cointreau
¼ oz Luxardo Cherry Liqueur
5 oz Prosecco
4 dsh Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass, add a pinch of sugar to the finished drink for extra sweetness and more bubbles.
