The Viking Salute

¾ oz. HETTA
½ oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Prosecco

Put HETTA and Triple Sec in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a pinch of sugar.

Tipsy Kayak

1 part HETTA
4 parts Lemonade (the more tart the better)

Serve over ice. Garnish with lemons, limes, berries or fresh peppermint. For more fun, whip in blender before serving.

The Rhinecliff

¾ oz. HETTA
2 ½ oz. Bourbon or Rye
1 dash of Bitters
1 orange wheel

Combine the ingredients with 3-4 ice cubes. Stir.

Sparkling Cocktail

½ oz. HETTA
¼ oz. Cointreau
¼ oz. Luxardo Cherry Liqueur
5 oz. Prosecco
4 dashes Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass, add a pinch of sugar to the finished drink for extra sweetness and more bubbles.

Ginger Mint Iced Tea

1 ½ oz. HETTA
1 oz. Cointreau
5 oz. Iced Tea
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddled Mint
Muddled Ginger

Combine ingredients and serve in a collins glass over lots of ice, garnish with lemon wheels.

Ginger Sake Margarita

2 oz. Sake
1 ¼ oz. HETTA
3 oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Cointreau
Ginger Root

Muddle 1/8” slice of peeled ginger root, add remaining ingredients. Shake and serve over ice.

Summer Fruit Cup

2 oz Gin
1 ½ oz. HETTA
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Club Soda or Prosecco
Strawberries, Mint Leaves, Cucumber
Simple Syrup (optional)

Muddle 2 strawberries, 4 mint leaves anda slice of cucumber in a collins glass, fill with ice, juice and liquors, shake well, and top off glass with club soda or Prosecco. Add simple syrup to taste, garnish with a cucumber slice and a strawberry

Summer Slush

3 cups HETTA
2 cups Strong Brewed Black Tea
1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
6 oz. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
12 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
2 cups Water
2 cups Lemon/Lime Soda

In a large freezer-safe container, mix together HETTA, tea, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and water. Place in the freezer until mixture is frozen (~5 hours), remove from freezer and blend using a blender for a few seconds, return to freezer until ready to serve.

The Litchfielder

1 ¾ oz. Litchfield Distillery Vanilla Bourbon
¼ oz. Skinos Mastiha Spirit
¼ oz. HETTA
¼ oz. Lemon + Oregano infused Fernet Branca
1 oz. Star Fruit Juice
½ oz. Key Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, double strain over large cubes in a rocks glass. Garnish with slice of star fruit.

Grilled Peaches + Ice Cream + HETTA drizzle

2 peaches
1/2 cup HETTA
1 tablespoon lemon  juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
1/4 cup sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

HETTA Creams

1 pint Heavy Cream
½ cup Sugar
3 oz. HETTA
2 Eggs
Chopped Almonds

Beat cream until thick, add sugar and eggs, add HETTA and beat until thick peaks begin to form. Spoon into cupcake pans lined with foil cups, sprinkle each dessert with chopped almonds and place ½ of a cherry in the middle, freeze overnight and serve frozen.
