Ways to enjoy HETTA Glögg —
Enjoy Hot
Pour HETTA into a saucepan and heat over medium flame until hot, but not boiling – 170°F is ideal. Once hot, remove from heat and serve in small mugs. Add a garnish of an orange slice, almonds or raisins.
Enjoy Cold
HETTA can be served over ice, as a cocktail or or as an ice cream topping.

Sparkling Cocktail
½ oz. HETTA
¼ oz. Cointreau
¼ oz. Luxardo Cherry Liqueur
5 oz. Prosecco
4 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass, add a pinch of sugar to the finished drink for extra sweetness and more bubbles.
Summer Fruit Cup
1 ½ oz. HETTA
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Club Soda or Prosecco
Strawberries, Mint Leaves, Cucumber
Simple Syrup (optional)
Muddle 2 strawberries, 4 mint leaves anda slice of cucumber in a collins glass, fill with ice, juice and liquors, shake well, and top off glass with club soda or Prosecco. Add simple syrup to taste, garnish with a cucumber slice and a strawberry.
Summer Slush
3 cups HETTA
2 cups Strong Brewed Black Tea
1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
6 oz. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
12 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
2 cups Water
2 cups Lemon/Lime Soda
In a large freezer-safe container, mix together HETTA, tea, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and water. Place in the freezer until mixture is frozen (~5 hours), remove from freezer and blend using a blender for a few seconds, return to freezer until ready to serve.
Ginger Sake Margarita
1 ¼ oz HETTA
2 oz. Sake
3 oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Cointreau
Ginger Root
Muddle 1/8” slice of peeled ginger root, add remaining ingredients shake and serve over ice.
Tangy Appletini
1 ¼ oz. HETTA
1 ¼ oz. Core Apple Vodka
1 oz. Laird’s Apple Jack
1 ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Egg White
Orange Bitters
Combine egg, juice and liquors in a cold shaker (no ice) shake hard then add ice and shake again, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with 3 dashes of bitters and a lemon twist.
Ginger Mint Iced Tea
1 ½ oz. HETTA
1 oz. Cointreau
5 oz. Iced Tea
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddled Mint
Muddled Ginger
Combine ingredients and serve in a collins glass over lots of ice, garnish with lemon wheels.
